Job summary

Relativity Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking an Advanced (Mid) Software Engineer to design, write, test, deploy, and support Relativity software products within the Import/Export team.

You’ll help build and scale the RelativityOne SaaS platform, delivering cloud-native features that move data securely and efficiently across services. The role requires 3+ years of experience shipping C#/.NET or similar, designing distributed SaaS systems, owning production incidents, and working with CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience shipping C#/.NET or similar services with measurable reliability improvements.
• Experience designing distributed and event-driven SaaS systems.
• Production ownership experience including on-call and RCA activities.
• Azure experience is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Fluency in English for technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Create architecture and non-functional designs for Import/Export services.
• Decompose complex business challenges into cloud-native solutions.
• Deliver project milestones with measurable outcomes.
• Leverage observability data to prioritize work and automate monitoring.
• Design and implement CI/CD automation for deployments.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support software products and services.
