Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, implement, and support Import/Export services within the RelativityOne platform. You will work in a senior engineering team and collaborate with stakeholders to evolve products and services for high-stakes legal data processing.

You will own production systems, mentor peers, and drive reliability and performance improvements across distributed SaaS components in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience delivering C#/.NET services with measurable reliability improvements.
• Experience architecting distributed SaaS systems and leading on-call rotations.
• Proven ability to reduce MTTR using telemetry and incident analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create architecture for Import/Export services that meet SLO/SLA targets.
• Decompose complex problems into resilient, cloud-native solutions and deliver milestones.
• Mentor team members on code quality, debt, and engineering best practices.
• Own production systems through on-call activities and root cause analyses.
• Shape the product roadmap with data-backed trade-offs and collaborate with Product.
• Improve CI/CD practices to keep deployments predictable and compliant.
