Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead an AI-first developer experience, accelerating cloud transformation and IaC adoption across the organization. You will own strategy, coordinate across teams, and mentor junior PMs while focusing on data-driven outcomes.

You’ll partner with engineering, design, and security to deliver scalable platform capabilities, guardrails, and reusable patterns that boost developer velocity and reduce toil.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience building custom software.
• Experience inspiring, managing, and coaching Product Owners as direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or Design or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Craft and shape the product strategy for an AI-first developer experience.
• Drive cloud transformation with scalable IaC adoption and platform enablement.
• Communicate vision and roadmap to stakeholders and leaders.
• Lead with data to define success metrics and improve outcomes.
