Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, test, and support Relativity software products within a Scrum team. You will collaborate with Advanced, Senior, Lead, and Staff engineers and stakeholders to evolve RelativityOne SaaS offerings.

You will apply SOLID principles, mentor teammates, and contribute to CI/CD and monitoring practices while ensuring secure, scalable solutions for large data sets in a cloud-native environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field is required.
• Experience with SaaS systems and multi-tenant architectures.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a Scrum team across all phases of the service lifecycle, including conception, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations
• Design and architect performant, scalable, and secure software with a focus on quality
• Provide technical guidance and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and testing strategies
• Improve software development processes and automate repetitive tasks
• Support CI/CD deployment and observability tooling
• Troubleshoot issues and mentor team members
