Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven ability to hire, lead, and grow high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with software development and programming (e.g., Java, Python, or similar).
• Experience designing and building API-based / microservices architectures.
• Practical experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and/or architects across multiple product areas.
• Drive development of existing applications and new platforms, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven and data-driven capabilities.
• Architect and promote API-first, service-oriented systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and extensibility.
• Provide hands-on technical contribution in software design, coding, and system integration when needed.
