Job summary

Capgemini Polska is hiring for a frontend-focused role within the DCX team, delivering end-to-end enterprise applications using modern technologies including Angular/React, iOS/Android, and low-code platforms. Qualifications

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors like SASS/SCSS.
• Experience with React Router, Formik, Bootstrap, and Redux.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest) and test-driven development practices.
• Exposure to GenAI tools, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Good command of English and German at a B2 level (both mandatory).
• Interest in AI-assisted software development and willingness to learn coding agents.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in development and maintenance IT systems according to clients needs using best praxis and design patterns.
• Project-based analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment of deliveries.
• Create specification and documentation for business requirements and implemented features.
• Play a key role in a medium-sized team (senior/lead role).
• Support less experienced team members in their growth.
• Use modern development tools and practices, including AI-assisted coding tools and coding agents while ensuring code quality, security and technical decisions.
