Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking an experienced software professional to join cross-functional teams delivering enterprise applications using modern tech stacks. You will contribute across frontend and backend components, aligning with Agile practices, DevOps, and clean code principles.

Ideal candidates will have solid experience in React/Angular/Vue, Node.js or Java/Python, and an eagerness to explore AI-assisted development and cloud/containerization technologies. Hybrid work model offered.

Your role

Our cross functional teams of developers, UI/UX designers, business analysts and project managers are responsible for end-to-end enterprise application development process using various modern technologiessuch as front-end (angular- and react-based), mobile applications (iOS and Android) or low-code platform (Salesforce & Dynamics365).They are highly independent, capable in Agile Process and Lean Software Engineering practices. Your project

Digital Customer Experience (DCX) helps global brands as well as public organizations to understand and implement the right mix of business focused digital capabilities and innovations following “Customer-First” approach to address both organization and customer needs.

• Leading role in team of developers.
• Creating solutions for clients based on design and architectural patterns using the following approaches: DevOps, Domain-Driven Design, Behavior-Driven Development, TDD and 'Infrastructure as a Service / Code'.
• Working in international teams using our best practices and agile methodologies (eg Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Development in area of professional software development, Clean Code, etc.
• Working closely with experienced experts and thus have extensive opportunities to deepen your technical, business and interpersonal skills.
• Using modern development tools and practices, including AI-assisted coding tools and coding agents where appropriate, while maintaining responsibility for code quality, security and technical decisions.

Your profile

• Strong frontend development skills with one or more modern frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue (experience in building complex UI components) and practical experience in backend development using Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js, Nest.js, or Next.js, or alternatively with Java (Spring) or Python.
• Knowledge of the SOLID rules when creating the code (the CLEAN CODE rule) and knowledge of Unix, Linux, Github, Bitbucket technologies.
• Preparing unit tests skillfully.
• Experience in designing REST/GraphQL interfaces as well as in designing databases using SQL, Oracle/MS SQL Server/Postgresql.
• Knowledge of NoSQL database solutions (e.g. MongoDB) is nice to have.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions (e.g. AWS, Terraform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Fluency in English and German language knowledge will be additional advantage.
• Interest in AI-assisted software development and a willingness to learn how coding agents can support activities such as implementation, testing, code review, documentation and technical exploration. Previous experience with these tools is welcome but not required.
