Job summary

Capgemini in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and evolve business-critical applications on the Salesforce platform for global enterprise clients.

You will own technical decisions, mentor peers, and work with architects, analysts, and client teams to deliver scalable solutions, including AI-driven features with Agentforce and Data Cloud. Join a large DCX Salesforce delivery team in Poland and influence projects across Sales, Service, and Experience clouds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development in enterprise-scale environments.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and declarative configuration.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; Data Cloud exposure is a plus.
• Interest in Agentforce, Salesforce AI, and LLM-assisted development.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and OmniStudio is a plus.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations; Git and CI/CD tooling knowledge.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I cert required; PD II or App Architect preferred.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows.
• Architect and implement integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Lead code reviews and establish best practices for maintainable code.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs with analysts and stakeholders.
• Build and extend features across Salesforce clouds, including Agentforce/Data Cloud where applicable.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
• Mentor developers and share knowledge through internal Salesforce Community.
• Occasionally support technical pre-sales and solution shaping.
