Job summary

ISS Tech Team in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Software Development group. You will own enterprise-scale solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and influence product direction using advanced cloud and AI-powered technologies.

Be an active contributor to the Scrum team with a focus on collaboration and delivery quality.
Take ownership of engineering outcomes and drive clear decisions and business value.
Champion engineering best practices and modern ways of working.
Refine requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
Provide technical guidance shaping product roadmap and architecture.
Design scalable enterprise backend services using the Java ecosystem and Spring Framework.
Build scalable, cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes.
Deliver frontend experiences using React.
Automate software delivery using Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines.
