Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking an experienced iOS developer to join our Digital Customer Experience team. You will contribute to end-to-end native app development on iOS, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on hands-on coding, integration with backend and cloud services, and adherence to Agile practices. Proficiency in Swift and English plus German is desired; AI-assisted development is welcomed.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience creating native iOS apps.
Swift and Swift SDK knowledge; Objective-C knowledge is a plus.
Experience with MVP/MVVM, DI, reactive programming (Combine/RxSwift), databases (Core Data, Realm, SQLite), web communication (REST, JSON), integration external libraries (SPM/CocoaPods), and version control (Git, Gitflow).
Basic knowledge in mobile DevOps and CI/CD.
Good command of English and German (B2).
Interest in AI-assisted software development and a willingness to learn how coding agents can support activities such as implementation, testing, code review, documentation and technical exploration.

Responsibilities

Develop native iOS apps across end-to-end lifecycle.
Integrate mobile apps with backend, cloud, and low-code platforms.
Collaborate with UX/UI experts to ensure the best user experience.
Apply modern development tools and practices, including AI-assisted coding tools, while upholding code quality and security.
