Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking an experienced iOS developer to join our Digital Customer Experience team. You will contribute to end-to-end native app development on iOS, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on hands-on coding, integration with backend and cloud services, and adherence to Agile practices. Proficiency in Swift and English plus German is desired; AI-assisted development is welcomed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience creating native iOS apps.
• Swift and Swift SDK knowledge; Objective-C knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with MVP/MVVM, DI, reactive programming (Combine/RxSwift), databases (Core Data, Realm, SQLite), web communication (REST, JSON), integration external libraries (SPM/CocoaPods), and version control (Git, Gitflow).
• Basic knowledge in mobile DevOps and CI/CD.
• Good command of English and German (B2).
• Interest in AI-assisted software development and a willingness to learn how coding agents can support activities such as implementation, testing, code review, documentation and technical exploration.

Your role

Our cross functional teams of developers, UI/UX designers, business analysts and project managers are responsible for end-to-end enterprise application development process using various modern technologiessuch as front-end (angular- and react-based), mobile applications (iOS and Android) or low-code platform (Salesforce & Dynamics365).They are highly independent, capable in Agile Process and Lean Software Engineering practices. Your project

Digital Customer Experience (DCX) helps global brands as well as public organizations to understand and implement the right mix of business focused digital capabilities and innovations following “Customer-First” approach to address both organization and customer needs.

• Co-creation and development of mobile apps based on iOS platform being involved in various stages of software creating process (analysis of customer requirements, design, implementation, testing, release and publishing in AppStore) – level and scope of your responsibilities will depend on your experience;
• Taking the responsibility for whole system or some part of it – depending on the project;
• Integration mobile apps with backend, cloud, Enterprise platforms as well as low code platforms;
• Close cooperation with with UX and UI experts, to ensure the best possible user experience with the solution and thus customer satisfaction.
• Using modern development tools and practices, including AI-assisted coding tools and coding agents where appropriate, while maintaining responsibility for code quality, security and technical decisions.

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in creating native apps on iOS platform, previous experience in either Android or hybrid technologies will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of Swift and Swift SDK (Objective-C knowledge will be an additional asset);
• Working knowledge of design and architectural patterns (MVP, MVVM), Dependency Injection, reactive programming (Combine/RxSwift), databases (Core Data, Realm, SQLite), web communication (REST, JSON), integration external libraries (SPM/CocoaPods), as well as version control system (Git, Gitflow);
• Basic knowledge in mobile DevOps and CI/CD;
• Good command of English and German (B2).
• Interest in AI-assisted software development and a willingness to learn how coding agents can support activities such as implementation, testing, code review, documentation and technical exploration. Previous experience with these tools is welcome but not required.
