Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Wroclaw to define agentic software development. You will design agentic workflows using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AI orchestration patterns, turning experiments into production systems with strong emphasis on security, reliability, and auditability.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product and engineering leaders, and help shape an agentic-first technical strategy across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software product development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React.
• Experience with Relational Databases.
• Hands-on with AI agents, tool-using LLMs, or orchestrated workflows.
• Experience with multi-agent systems, RAG, vector search, agent evaluation, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Ability to provide agents with context, constraints, architecture, and direction.
• Strong testing, security, observability, and failure recovery mindset.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows coordinating tools, services, data, and human approvals.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration and context management.
• Use agentic coding tools across planning, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, and operations workflows.
• Establish standards for evaluation, observability, security, and governance.
• Prototype agentic capabilities and productionize successful experiments.
• Deliver complete products, not just demos or isolated model integrations.
• Improve engineering productivity and product delivery through agentic development.
• Mentor engineers and shape an agentic-first strategy.
