AgileEngine in Poland is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to define agentic-first approaches and design agentic workflows using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AI orchestration patterns for enterprise clients.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product and engineering leaders, and help turn experiments into production systems while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability across services.

Qualifications

5+ years in a software product development environment.
Upper-intermediate English.
Strong communication and product mindset.
Ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into practical technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and build agentic workflows coordinating tools, services, data, and approvals.
Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration and multi-agent collaboration.
Use agentic coding tools across planning, implementation, testing, and reviews.
Prototype new agentic capabilities and move experiments to production.
Mentor engineers and shape an agentic-first technical strategy.
