Job summary
AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to define agentic-first software development. You will design agentic workflows using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AI orchestration patterns, turning experiments into production systems for enterprise customers.
Lead in building robust, secure, and scalable solutions while mentoring engineers and shaping our technical strategy across the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a software product development environment.
- Proficiency with Java and Spring Boot.
- Proficiency with JavaScript and React.
- Proficiency with Relational Databases.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, tool-using LLM apps, or orchestrated workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic workflows coordinating tools, services, data, and human approvals.
- Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration and multi-agent collaboration.
- Use agentic coding tools across planning, implementation, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, and operational workflows.
- Establish standards for evaluation, observability, security, and governance.
