Job summary

LevelBlue, a leading managed security services provider, seeks a Sr. Security Analyst to join the Threat Detection and Response (TDR) team. You will monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents across client environments, acting as a technical escalation point and collaborating with DFIR specialists.

You will mentor junior analysts, handle on-call rotations, and drive improvements in detection and response capabilities while maintaining strong client communication and service quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cyber investigation and incident handling best practices.
• Experience with EDR platforms and threat detection engineering.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows system administration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze escalated, complex security cases with EDR/TF events.
• Resolve technical problems within managed security services.
• Document and improve monitoring processes and policies.
