Job summary

LevelBlue in Poland is seeking a hands-on Senior or Principal Security Detection & Response Analyst to join our Global Security Operations team. This role combines advanced threat detection, incident response and threat hunting with team leadership responsibilities.

As Team Lead, you will mentor EU SOC analysts, coordinate day-to-day activity, and communicate clearly with customers and senior stakeholders while maintaining 24/7 monitoring across the region.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a SOC, MDR, incident response or similar cybersecurity environment.
• Strong hands-on security investigation and incident-response skills.
• Experience in two or more areas: Endpoint security, Threat hunting, Incident response, Penetration testing, Digital forensics.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on security analysis and investigation of complex endpoint and security alerts across MDR and MXDR environments.
• Act as a technical escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 analysts.
• Coordinate day-to-day activity across the team and manage workload.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and technical guidance to EU SOC analysts.
• Engage directly with customers during investigations and escalations.
