Job summary

LevelBlue is seeking a Senior or Principal Security Detection & Response Analyst to join our Global Security Operations team in Poland, with EU SOC Team Lead responsibilities. You will perform hands-on security analysis, investigate threats, and coordinate incidents across MDR/MXDR environments.

The role requires fluent English and French or German, and you will mentor analysts while ensuring effective day-to-day operations with the EU SOC. This is a contract of employment in Poland.

Qualifications

• This role requires significant security expertise with hands-on investigation and incident response.
• This position expects familiarity with SOC operations, MDR/MXDR environments and threat hunting.
• English fluency plus additional European language (French or German) is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on security analysis and investigation of complex endpoint and security alerts.
• Act as escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 analysts.
• Coordinate and lead investigations across EU SOC and with customers.
