Qualifications

• Experience in information security, networking, or web servers.
• Good customer service and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Analyze threats from firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and other data sources.
• Respond to customer tickets and threats within SLA.
• Recommend blocking rules and reporting adjustments.
• Interact with customers in a polite, professional manner.
• Adhere to security policies and escalation procedures.
