Job summary

LevelBlue, a leading managed security services provider, is seeking a Sr. Security Analyst - SOC to join the Threat Detection and Response team. This role supports 24/7 monitoring as the monitoring and response extension of a DFIR group, interacting with customers and partners.

Based in Poland, the position follows Poland evening hours and may include weekend coverage. You will analyze escalated security events, tune detection policies, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to process

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber investigation and incident handling.
• Proficient in endpoint detection and response.
• Strong English communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts within a SOC.
• Ability to work Poland-based evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze escalated security events from EDR technologies.
• Resolve technical problems within managed security solutions.
• Create and document processes for security monitoring.
• Tune detection devices based on customer needs.
• Baseline threat detection in complex environments.
• Train and mentor analysts within the TDR team.
• Respond to incident investigations and client questions.
• Participate in rotating on-call duties.
