LevelBlue, LLC. is seeking a Sr. Security Analyst for the Threat Detection and Response team within Managed Security Services. The role focuses on 24/7 monitoring, incident handling, and collaboration with DFIR and client security teams.

The position requires Polish-based availability, strong English fluency, and a mix of on-site and on-call duties. Candidates should bring advanced knowledge in EDR, incident handling, and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Cyber investigation and incident handling best practices.
• Endpoint Detection and Response.
• Unix/Linux and Windows system administration.
• Current exploit and remediation techniques.
• Threat Hunting and Investigation.
• Web Services Administration.
• Log collection and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze escalated, complex cases involving security events from EDR and other monitoring tools.
• Resolve technical problems within managed security solutions as part of improvement projects.
• Create, improve, and document processes for the management and monitoring of security solutions.
• Tune devices for blocking and reporting based on customer needs.
• Baseline threat detection devices for complex environments.
• Test and improve endpoint detection, protection, and response policies.
• Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and overall success of managed services.
• Respond to questions from DFIR and client security teams concerning investigations and response.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and security best practices.
• Resolve problems independently and follow escalation procedures.
• Perform rotating on-call duties (nights/weekends).
• Mentor and escalation point for analysts in TDR.
