Job summary

LevelBlue seeks a Sr. Security Analyst - SOC to join the Threat Detection and Response (TDR) team within LevelBlue Managed Security Services (MSS). You will monitor 24/7, escalate as needed, and act as a technical point of escalation for DFIR-related queries.

Based in Poland, you will work Poland evenings, with rotating on-call duties nights/weekends. Strong English, EDR, and incident handling experience are required, with Cortex XDR and Palo Alto certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• English: Demonstrated Fluency
• Experience in information security related areas preferred
• Certifications: GCIA, GCIH, Security+, OSCP, or CEH preferred
• Certified in Industry/ Vendor Incident Handling Certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze escalated, complex security incidents and events.
• Resolve technical problems within managed security solutions.
• Create and document processes for monitoring and management of security solutions.
• Tune devices for blocking and reporting per customer needs.
• Baseline detection devices for complex environments.
• Test and improve endpoint detection and response policies.
• Mentor and escalate for analysts within TDR.
