Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced architecture leader to define the future direction of a large-scale enterprise service platform. You will set architectural standards, roadmaps, and governance while driving automation, platform scalability, and security alignment across a regulated healthcare-focused organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence architectural decisions, manage data relationships, and guide solution design in a multinational context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including architecture or platform governance roles.
• Proven track record designing and overseeing complex enterprise platform ecosystems.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and data relationships.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain target architecture, roadmaps, design principles and standards for a large enterprise platform.
• Act as senior technical authority for solution design, governance, and exception management.
• Establish best practices for service modeling, data governance, and platform data relationships.
