Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to shape the global ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, GRC, and integrations, focusing on security and regulatory compliance.

You will design scalable cross-module solutions, set standards, and work with Platform Owner, Product Owner, and Enterprise Architect; hybrid work with office presence in Poland, including Warsaw residents 3 days per week and others at least 1 day weekly.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of ServiceNow experience (architecture / development / implementations).
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CMA; CTA is a plus) and work in a regulated environment.
• Experience designing secure integrations and solutions for high-compliance environments.
• Very good command of English – minimum B2 level.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model: 3 days/week in Warsaw office, 1 day/week otherwise.
• Located in Poland and fluent in Polish.

Responsibilities

• Defining and developing the ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with business strategy.
• Designing scalable solutions including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, IRM/GRC, CSM, and integrations.
• Setting architectural standards, patterns, and documentation; supporting delivery teams.
• Collaborating with Platform Owner, Product Owner, and Enterprise Architect on governance and security.
• Building a consistent ITSM model and optimizing processes through automation.
