Job summary

Atos SE is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant for HRSD/GBS ServiceNow to join a global team delivering enterprise-scale HRSD and Shared Services solutions. You will design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD capabilities that improve employee experience and HR operations across multinational organizations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience (5+ years).
• End-to-end HRSD implementations in enterprise settings.
• Strong knowledge of HRSD architecture, HR processes, integrations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow HRSD and Shared Services solutions.
• Configure modules: HR Case, Knowledge, Employee Center, Onboarding, Lifecycle Events, Virtual Agent, Universal Request, Employee Self-Service.
• Integrate ServiceNow with HRIS, payroll, identity and enterprise systems.
• Lead workshops and gather requirements with HR leaders and stakeholders.
