Job summary

Capgemini in Kraków is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to implement, configure, and support the HRSD module for clients. You will design HRSD solutions, configure workflows and forms, and integrate with other HR systems while collaborating with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

You will lead onboarding/offboarding and case management processes, train client teams, and stay current with HRSD features. Capgemini offers a hybrid work model and robust training and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8 years total experience with 3+ years in ServiceNow HRSD
• Strong understanding of HR processes like lifecycle, case management, knowledge mgmt
• Experience in project management, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design HRSD solutions
• Configure and customize HRSD workflows, forms, reports, and integrations
• Develop and implement HR service delivery best practices
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and support ServiceNow HRSD post-implementation
• Stay updated with HRSD features and contribute to improvements
