Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant for Risk & Security - ServiceNow (Global role). You will design, implement, and extend risk, compliance, cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and incident response capabilities for enterprise customers.

You will translate requirements into scalable workflows, build integrations with CMDB, SIEM/SOAR, and other platforms, and mentor the team to raise the quality and reusability of assets across engagements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years hands-on ServiceNow experience with GRC/IRM or Security Operations.
• Proven end-to-end ServiceNow implementations in complex enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of platform architecture, workflows, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support ServiceNow GRC/IRM and Security Operations solutions.
• Configure capabilities: Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response.
• Develop integrations with security, identity, CMDB, SIEM/SOAR and other systems.
• Lead workshops, document best practices, and ensure quality through testing and governance.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to reusable assets and accelerators.
