Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant, HRSD / GBS ServiceNow for a global role. You will design, implement, and enhance HRSD capabilities that improve employee experience, streamline HR operations, and support transformations across multinational organizations.

You will collaborate with HR leaders, architects, and technical teams to deliver secure, user-friendly solutions and standardize service delivery across functions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD implementation in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of HRSD architecture, workflows, security, and integrations.
• Experience configuring HRSD modules like HR Case, Knowledge Management, Employee Center.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow HRSD and Shared Services solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Configuring modules such as HR Case, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Onboarding, Lifecycle Events, and Agent capabilities.
• Translating HR requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows and technical solutions.
• Leading workshops, gathering requirements, and providing expertise on HRSD best practices.
