Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant - Risk & Security - ServiceNow (Global role) to design, implement, and optimize risk, compliance, cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and incident response capabilities across enterprise customers.

You will translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows, develop integrations, mentor teammates, and contribute to reusable assets. Hybrid work, competitive benefits, and opportunities to shape global security solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience including GRC/IRM or Security Operations.
• End-to-end ServiceNow implementations in complex enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, integrations, CMDB, security models, and reporting.
• Experience with Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Risk Management, Compliance, and Audit Management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support ServiceNow GRC/IRM and Security Operations solutions.
• Configure capabilities including Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Incident Response.
• Translate business and security requirements into scalable workflows.
• Develop integrations with security, identity, CMDB, vulnerability management, SIEM/SOAR.
• Mentor team members and contribute to reusable assets and accelerators.
• Support customer-facing activities including workshops, estimations, and solution design discussions.
