Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant, HRSD / GBS ServiceNow to join its global team delivering enterprise HRSD and Shared Services solutions. You will design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD capabilities that improve employee experience, streamline HR operations, and support transformation initiatives across multinational organizations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience including HRSD.
• End-to-end HRSD implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR service processes, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience with HR Case, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Onboarding, Lifecycle Events.
• Strong JavaScript and Glide APIs development skills; REST APIs.
• Experience integrating with HRIS, payroll, identity systems.
• Excellent English and CIS-HR certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support ServiceNow HRSD and Shared Services solutions.
• Configure modules such as HR Case, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Onboarding, Lifecycle Events.
• Translate HR requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows and technical solutions.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and provide HRSD best-practice guidance.
• Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, governance, and handover.
• Support customer engagements, estimations, and pre-sales activities.
