Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant for Risk & Security focusing on ServiceNow GRC/IRM and Security Operations. You will design, implement, and optimize risk, compliance, vulnerability management, and incident response within enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years with ServiceNow, strong architecture and integration skills, and excellent English. This global role offers hybrid work dynamics, international exposure, and opportunities to mentor peers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience including GRC/IRM or Security Operations.
• End-to-end ServiceNow implementations in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, integrations, CMDB, security models, and reporting.
• Experience with Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Risk Management, Compliance, and Audit Management.
• Strong development and configuration skills: JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with security, identity, vulnerability management, monitoring, and enterprise systems.
• Translate business/technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Current ServiceNow certification related to GRC/IRM or Security Operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow GRC/IRM and Security Operations solutions.
• Configure and enhance capabilities including Risk Management, Compliance Management, Audit Management, Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence.
• Translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows and technical solutions.
• Develop integrations with security, identity, CMDB, vulnerability management, SIEM/SOAR, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with architects, security teams, compliance stakeholders, and executives to deliver secure solutions.
• Support risk assessments, incident response processes, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Lead technical workshops and provide expertise on ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
• Ensure solution quality via testing, governance, release management, and documentation.
• Mentor team members and contribute to reusable assets and accelerators.
• Support customer-facing activities including discovery, estimations, demos, and solution design.
