Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant, HRSD / GBS ServiceNow for a global role to design, implement, and optimize HRSD capabilities across multinational organizations. You will drive employee experience improvements, streamline HR operations, and support Shared Services transformations.

You will lead workshops, translate HR needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions, integrate with HRIS and payroll systems, and ensure secure, user-friendly delivery with governance and proper

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years in HRSD.
• Proven end-to-end HRSD implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of HRSD architecture, workflows, security, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD and Shared Services in complex environments.
• Configure modules: HR Case, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Onboarding, Lifecycle Events.
• Translate HR requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and provide best-practice design guidance.
• Ensure quality delivery with testing, governance, and operations handover.
