Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant - Risk & Security - ServiceNow to join our global team. You will design, implement, and enhance risk, compliance, cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and incident response capabilities for enterprise customers.

You will translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows, develop integrations with security and enterprise platforms, and mentor peers while ensuring high-quality, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow experience in GRC/IRM or Security Operations.
• Delivery of end-to-end ServiceNow implementations in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of platform architecture, workflows, integrations, CMDB, security models, and reporting.
• Experience with Risk Management, Compliance, Audit Management and Security Incident Response.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support ServiceNow GRC/IRM and Security Operations solutions.
• Configure capabilities like Risk Management, Compliance, Audit Management, and Incident Response.
• Develop scalable ServiceNow workflows from business requirements.
• Integrate with security, identity, CMDB, vulnerability management, SIEM/SOAR, and other systems.
• Mentor team members and contribute to reusable assets and accelerators.
• Support customer workshops, estimations, and solution design discussions.
