Job summary

Wipro Limited in Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Senior Business Process Consultant to lead HR process discovery, requirement analysis, solution design, and transformation initiatives in a hybrid setup from a client office in Gdansk.

You will collaborate with HR stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, and developers to translate business needs into scalable HRSD solutions, drive adoption of out-of-the-box capabilities, and support UAT and release readiness.

Qualifications

Experience in ServiceNow HRSD consulting and HR process discovery.
Understanding of HR Case Management, Services, and Lifecycle Events.
Experience translating requirements into user stories and specs.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum delivery of ServiceNow programs.

Responsibilities

Lead HR process discovery and translate requirements into scalable HRSD solutions.
Facilitate workshops with HR stakeholders and delivery teams.
Define workflows, acceptance criteria, and solution requirements.
Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects and Developers.
Support HR service taxonomy, SLAs, and notifications.
Drive adoption of out-of-the-box capabilities and minimize customizations.
Coordinate UAT, release readiness, and business sign-off.
