Job summary

Wipro Limited in Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Senior Business Process Consultant to lead HR process discovery, requirement analysis, solution design, and transformation initiatives in a hybrid setup from a client office in Gdansk.

You will collaborate with HR stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, and developers to translate business needs into scalable HRSD solutions, drive adoption of out-of-the-box capabilities, and support UAT and release readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow HRSD consulting and HR process discovery.
• Understanding of HR Case Management, Services, and Lifecycle Events.
• Experience translating requirements into user stories and specs.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum delivery of ServiceNow programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR process discovery and translate requirements into scalable HRSD solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with HR stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Define workflows, acceptance criteria, and solution requirements.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Business Process Consultant – HRSD to lead HR process discovery, requirement analysis, solution design, and transformation initiatives. The role will work closely with HR stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

Localization: Łódź

Work mode: Hybrid from customer office

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with HR stakeholders to understand current-state processes, pain points, business requirements, and future-state objectives.
• Provide functional consulting across ServiceNow HRSD, including HR Case Management, Employee Center/Employee Center Pro,
• HR Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, and HR Services.
• Analyze existing HR processes and recommend opportunities for standardization, simplification, automation, and employee experience improvement.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and solution requirements.
• Facilitate process design and requirement-gathering workshops with business, HR, and technical stakeholders.
• Partner with ServiceNow Architects and Developers to ensure functional requirements are translated into appropriate platform solutions.
• Drive adoption of ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customizations.
• Support HR service taxonomy, case categorization, assignment/routing requirements, SLAs, knowledge, notifications, and HR service configuration.
• Define and validate employee journeys and lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and other employee transitions.
• Support integrations and process requirements involving enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR systems.
• Participate in solution validation, UAT, defect triage, release readiness, and business sign-off.
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to Business Analysts and delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support stakeholder communication, governance, demos, and ServiceNow HRSD roadmap discussions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on functional/consulting experience in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong understanding of HR Case Management, HR Services, Employee Center, HR Knowledge, and Lifecycle Events.
• Experience conducting process discovery, fit‑gap analysis, requirement workshops, and future‑state process design.
• Strong experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, workflows/Flow Designer, integrations, reporting, and security concepts.
• Ability to bridge the gap between HR business stakeholders and ServiceNow technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum-based ServiceNow implementation programs.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Relevant ServiceNow HRSD implementation certification.
• Experience with large enterprise HR transformation programs.
• Understanding of Employee Center Pro, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Exposure to global HR processes, data privacy, employee data security, and HR compliance requirements.
