Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM specialist to design and deliver enterprise-grade GRC/IRM solutions for international clients. You will lead workshops, translate governance requirements into scalable platform configurations, and mentor junior consultants.

You’ll collaborate with architects, developers and client teams across projects, contribute to pre-sales, and help advance our ServiceNow capability development while communicating in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow including GRC/IRM modules.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end ServiceNow IRM implementations.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX).
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
• Ability to lead client workshops, manage stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
• Professional English and Polish communication skills enabling effective collaboration in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions for enterprise clients.
• Analyze governance, risk, and compliance requirements and translate them into scalable platform solutions.
• Configure and optimize Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk processes within ServiceNow.
• Conduct workshops with business and technical stakeholders, providing best-practice recommendations.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and effort estimations.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to ServiceNow capability development.
