Job summary
your Jared in Łódź, Poland, seeks a Senior ServiceNow Engineer (IRM/GRC) to own IRM/GRC, including TPRM and Privacy, from implementation to steady-state. You will configure and extend ServiceNow, support governance and audits, and collaborate with external partners to drive upgrades and platform enhancements while maintaining security standards.
Fluent English required; 3+ years of ServiceNow experience; CSA is required; CAD and CIS-Risk/Compliance are a plus.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of ServiceNow engineering/development experience.
- Background in ServiceNow IRM, Risk Management, and Compliance.
- Experience with TPRM or Privacy capabilities.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integration.
- Ability to balance implementation with long-term platform ownership and operations.
- CSA required; CAD and CIS-Risk/Compliance are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Configure and develop ServiceNow IRM/GRC, TPRM, and Privacy capabilities.
- Support governance, compliance, risk management, and audit processes.
- Participate in technical design reviews and implementation activities.
- Review deliverables and configurations from partners.
- Support testing, deployment, and production readiness.
