Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead the design and implementation of GRC/IRM solutions for enterprise clients, with a flexible work arrangement across Poland.

You will analyze governance, risk, and compliance requirements, configure risk, compliance, audit, and vendor risk processes in ServiceNow, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with global architects and client teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including strong expertise in GRC/IRM modules.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end ServiceNow IRM implementations.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX).
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
• Ability to lead client workshops, manage stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
• Professional English and Polish communication skills enabling effective collaboration in international environments.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office, depending on specific project circumstances. Here’s What You’ll Need
