Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior ServiceNow GRC/IRM Transformation & Advisory Consultant to optimize global client workflows using ServiceNow IRM. You will deliver end-to-end transformation projects—from value assessments to complex implementations—across multiple industries.

The role requires deep process automation experience, platform expertise, and strong client-facing consulting skills. Remote Poland-based work is available with regular client engagement.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow mastery evidenced by hands-on implementation and advisory work in the IRM suite (Risk, Policy, Compliance, Audit, TPRM).
• Experience in enterprise risk management, governance and regulatory frameworks across industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory across ERM, Policy & Compliance, Operational Resilience, and Third-Party Risk Management via ServiceNow IRM.
• Lead design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions aligning with client outcomes and risk frameworks.
• Apply deep industry knowledge to tailor IRM-based solutions for multiple sectors.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development and capability growth.
