Job summary

Infinity Quest Limited in Poland seeks an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead administration, configuration, and solution design across ITSM and related modules. The role requires 5+ years of IT experience and hands-on ServiceNow expertise, with strong documentation skills and a security-conscious approach.

The ideal candidate holds ServiceNow certifications and demonstrates proficiency in integrations, SOP creation, and cross-functional collaboration. English at B2 level is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of IT relevant professional experience with minimum 2 years in a similar position.
• Hands-on experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow platform (on-premise experience advantageous).
• Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow ITSM and other modules.
• Hands-on experience designing ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis and project management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow product portfolio.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management.
• Experience creating SOPs and other technical documentation.
• Knowledge of integration technologies (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST).
• Understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability.
• Knowledge of IT security standards.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certifications are required.
• Very good command of spoken and written English (B2).
