Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• ServiceNow CAD certification is required.
• CIS-level certifications preferred (any module).
• Comfortable working in client-facing or cross-functional environments.
• Strong communication and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations from requirements through deployment.
• Act as hands-on technical owner, balancing delivery leadership with platform build work.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow apps using best practices (workflows, rules, integrations).
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Support implementations across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and custom apps.
• Provide technical guidance on platform design, data models, and integration patterns.
• Contribute to project planning, timelines, and risk management.
• Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow standards and maintainability.
• Mentor junior consultants and share delivery best practices.
