Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in client-facing or cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Serve as a hands-on technical owner, balancing delivery leadership and platform build work.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using best practices (workflows, business rules, integrations, data model).
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
