Job summary

Veracity Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant with Document Management (DMS) and CAD experience for a fully remote role in the United States.

The candidate will lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, serve as a hands-on technical owner, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and custom apps. Required: 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience and a CAD certification; CIS-level certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integrations.
• ServiceNow CAD certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Serve as a hands-on technical owner balancing delivery leadership and platform build work.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using best practices (workflows, business rules, integrations, data model).
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Support implementations across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Custom Apps, etc.
