You will drive cross-functional collaboration with cloud, data, and AI practices to shape scalable architectures and intelligent workflows. The role requires 12+ years delivering complex ServiceNow projects with ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM, strong leadership, and deep platform knowledge.

Qualifications

• 12+ years delivering complex ServiceNow projects across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (B2+)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that drive enterprise excellence.
• Lead design, implementation, and optimization across multi-domain projects.
• Guide engineers, manage knowledge-base artefacts, and govern development standards.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, partners, and clients to translate needs into scalable architectures.
• Create and design products using ServiceNow modules and EPAM IP.
• Shape AI agenda in ServiceNow projects and drive scalable architectures.
• Support marketing activities, campaigns, and internal events.
