Qualifications

• 12+ years delivering complex ServiceNow projects across multiple domains.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations and development practices.
• Certifications such as CSA, CIS, CAD or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.
• Lead design, implementation and optimization across platforms.
• Guide engineers, foster collaboration and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to translate needs into scalable architectures.
• Create and design solutions using ServiceNow modules and proprietary IP.
• Ensure quality, security and performance; drive AI initiatives in projects.
