Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our ServiceNow Competency Center in Szczecin. You will design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM for European and US clients.

Responsibilities include shaping architecture, creating technical offers, and documenting integrations, while collaborating with stakeholders to drive service strategy and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations.
• At least 2 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform tailored to client needs.
• Supporting the creation of technical offers and project estimations.
• Defining optimal technological and architectural solutions.
• Identifying, predicting, and reporting technical risks in projects.
• Preparing documentation and presentations, including functional designs, technical specifications, and integration documentation.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable solutions.
• Supporting the definition and development of ServiceNow's service strategy.
