Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM. You will lead architectural discussions, estimate efforts, and mentor teams across Europe and the US.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ServiceNow, deep platform knowledge, and strong stakeholder collaboration skills, with a willingness to reside in Poland and work with global clients.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations.
At least 2 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and products.
Familiar with PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies and ITIL principles.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs.
Supporting creation of technical offers and project estimations.
Defining optimal technological and architectural solutions for clients.
Identifying and reporting technical risks in projects.
Preparing functional designs, technical specs, and integration documentation.
Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Shaping ServiceNow's service strategy and roadmaps.
