Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps and SPM. You will refine architectural visions, contribute to proposals, and manage risks while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

The role requires deep hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, strong ITIL knowledge, and English fluency. Based in Poland, Warsaw area with office presence and ongoing internal trainings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and at least 2 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
• Very good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and products.
• Hands-on experience with at least three different ServiceNow modules.
• Experience in consulting on ITSM tools implementation.
• Knowledge of other ITSM/BPM tools.
• Familiarity with project methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Residing in Poland required.

• Designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform tailored to client needs
• Supporting the creation of technical offers and project estimations
• Defining optimal technological and architectural solutions
• Identifying, predicting, and reporting technical risks in projects
• Preparing documentation and presentations, including functional designs, technical specifications, and integration documentation
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable solutions
• Supporting the definition and development of ServiceNow's service strategy
