Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to join our ServiceNow Competency Center and design scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM for clients across Europe and the United States.

You will translate business needs into technical designs, guide project estimations, and collaborate with stakeholders while ensuring ITIL-aligned best practices and high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and at least 2 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
• Very good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and products.
• Proven hands-on experience with at least three different ServiceNow modules.
• Experience in consulting on ITSM tools implementation.
• Knowledge of other ITSM/BPM tools.
• Familiarity with project methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Residing in Poland required.

• Designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform tailored to client needs
• Supporting the creation of technical offers and project estimations
• Defining optimal technological and architectural solutions
• Identifying, predicting, and reporting technical risks in projects
• Preparing documentation and presentations, including functional designs, technical specifications, and integration documentation
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable solutions
• Supporting the definition and development of ServiceNow's service strategy
