Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM. You will contribute to technical offers and project estimates while defining effective architectural strategies.

Fluent English and Poland residence are required for collaboration with European and US clients. The role emphasizes risk identification, stakeholder communication, and producing thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow implementations experience.
• At least 2 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and products.
• Hands-on experience with at least three ServiceNow modules.
• Experience consulting on ITSM tool implementations.
• Knowledge of other ITSM/BPM tools.
• Familiar with PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile
• Strong ITIL understanding
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support creation of technical offers and project estimations.
• Define optimal technological and architectural solutions.
• Identify, predict, and report technical risks in projects.
• Prepare documentation and presentations including designs and specs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Assist in defining and developing ServiceNow's service strategy
