Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to enhance Security Operations for a global client. You will lead architectural, functional, and configuration work within a cross-functional Agile team, driving improvements in Threat Response and automation while aligning platform capabilities with operational processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Security Operations.
• Deep expertise in Security Operations, Threat Analysis, and Threat Management.
• Practical experience in consulting and configuration management.
• Strong command of configuration design and threat response capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile product team environment.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow SecOps.
• Analyze current SecOps configuration and identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive enhancements within Threat Response and related ServiceNow SecOps capabilities.
• Design and implement platform improvements to increase effectiveness, automation, and usability.
• Provide architectural and configuration guidance for the ServiceNow SecOps product.
• Collaborate with Accenture and internal stakeholders to align processes with platform capabilities.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and story execution.
• Support innovation initiatives to strengthen security operations and threat-management processes.
• Recommend best practices and future-state improvements for the ServiceNow SecOps ecosystem.
